有简历为何还要自我介绍?
一个常规的面试，寒暄之后面试官提出的第一个问题几乎千篇一律：“请您简单地做一下自我介绍”。有些被面试者都会问：简历中情况已经写得很清楚了，这是否多此一举?
要回答这个问题，首先搞清楚为什么面试官要请你做自我介绍?面试官通过自我介绍想考察被面试者什么?只有了解面试官的目的，被面试者才能做好自我介绍。
面试官通过被面试者自我介绍要考察以下五方面内容：
第一，考察自我介绍内容和递交简历内容是否相冲突?如果简历是真实的，口述自我介绍就不会有明显出入。如果简历有假，自我介绍阶段一般就会漏马脚。如被面试者反问：“我的经历在简历里都写了”，面试官会认为这人个色，印象分一下子降为负数。
第二，考察被面试者基本的逻辑思维能力、语言表达能力，总结提炼概括能力。
第三，考察被面试者是否聚焦，是否简练和精干，现场的感知能力与把控能力。
第四，考察被面试者初步的自我认知能力和价值取向。因为被面试者要叙述职业切换关键节点处的原因，尤其要考察最近职业变动的原因。
第五，考察被面试者是否听明白了面试官的话以及时间的掌控能力。有时面试官给出的问题是“请您用3到5分钟做一自我介绍”，被面试者有时一介绍就超过10分钟，甚至20分钟，逼得面试官不得不多次提醒引导。
所以说，自我介绍是被面试者在纸面之外最能够呈现能力的一个地方。一般情况下，也是被面试者在整个面试过程中惟一一次主动展示自我的机会。如果还有一次，那就是面试官最后一个问题：“您还有什么问我的?”但这个问题通常只是面试官认为被面试者基本靠谱了，才会留下这个问题。
自我介绍和简历有何区别?
面试和简历还有两个重要区别：第一，面试是一个双向互动的过程，简历是单方向呈现。有些人可能工作经验很丰富，专业能力很突出，但是面试的经验不足，所以面对面试官叙述吞吞吐吐，抓不住要点。
第二，简历介绍应是倒叙为好，但面试正相反。当你面向面试官时，应按照时间的顺序从前往后讲，先讲你上大学的教育经历，之后从你参加工作，一直讲到现在，因为面试官要听到你整个成长的经历。否则，面试官会有一种很错乱的感觉。

如今的我，历经生活的考验，比起我的竞争对手在年龄上我已不再有优势，但是我比他们更多了一份对孩子的爱心、耐心和责任心，更多了一份成熟和自信。
教师这个职业是神圣而伟大的，助教也是如此。它要求教师不仅要有丰富的知识，还要有高尚的情操。因此，在读师范时，我就十分注重自身的全面发展，广泛地培养自己的兴趣爱好，并学有专长，做到除擅长绘画和书法外，还能会唱、会说、会讲。"学高仅能为师，身正方能为范",在注重知识学习的同时我还注意培养自己高尚的道德情操，自觉遵纪守法，遵守社会公德，没有不良嗜好和行为。我想这些都是一名教育工作者应该具备的最起码的素养。

助教面试自我介绍（三）
你们好，很高兴能在这种场合见到你们。这是我第二次参加助教面试，不过这是我第一次来新东方应聘英语助教。我非常的激动。
我叫,来自湖北鄂东南的一个城市—大冶（大兴炉冶）。现在就读襄樊学院物电系基地班。我有好多爱好，最爱的两个是篮球与英语，我曾经向自己许诺：篮球与英语将伴我走过大学四年，我要在它们身上书写一段不平凡的历史。我热爱英语，我在初中就接触过新概念，高中期间学过李阳疯狂英语，到了大学，我把我的大部分学习时间花在英语上。虽然练口语的机会不多，但我通过看美国片，英文歌，英语报，听英语电台等等尽可能的让自己保持一种对英语良好的感觉。我花了大部分时间在英语上面，虽然没什么建树，但我学会了：勤奋，坚持，永不服输，有获得成功的坚定决心。在大学期间，我尽可能的锻炼自己，让自己看得更高，变得更强，走得更远，要做到"小池塘"里的"大大鱼",没有最好只有更好。
我对自己的评价是：精明能干、为人诚实、能够独立工作、应变能力强，有雄心壮志，有极强的系统管理能力，积极主动，有极强的系统管理能并有良好的交际技能，精力旺盛、思想新潮。
我自认为，来这里的应聘者应具备的条件：
1、年轻、聪明、精力充沛，并有很强的事业心；
2、举止优雅、个人性格好；
3、吃苦耐劳精神好、学习能力优和身体棒；
4、工作很有条理，办事效率高；
5、有良好的表达能力；
当然我觉的自己离应聘的助教有一定的距离。但我很有信心做好这个助教（如果有机会的话）。我曾经在汽车装饰美容店里做过店员，在工厂里做过小时工，在学校学习期间做过家……但这些不足以锻炼提高自己。我觉得来新东方做助教不仅可以让自己尽可能的去帮助那些英语需要帮助的学弟学妹们，而且还可以免费的旁听新东方老师的精彩的课（我听说新东方英语老师不仅教学生如何学好英语，而且还激发他们立志并学习做人之道）。我做过班委里的各个职务，学生会和学生党组织里也作过。但我现在把在这方面的精力放在英语爱好者协会上。做为协会的主要负责人，我在下学期将会有好多机会与襄樊新东方的老师以及活动策划负责人接触。我希望自己能进去学习并早点熟悉你们，让我们协会帮你向襄樊学院更好的传达新东方精神：追求卓越，挑战极限，从绝望中寻找希望，人生终将辉煌！
接下来我将谈谈—如果我是助教，将这么做：
助教，顾名思义就是协助教师教学并帮助学生解决学习上的疑难问题的老师助手。与此同时，我觉得本次英语助教还要担当好班主任的角色——管好学生，让同学学得开心，玩的开心。我会组织一系类活动，如教大家学英文歌，带学生看英文电影，表演一些短的英文话剧，背课文比赛，写作比赛，带学生参加各种运动并学习一些相关的英语单词……
我对自己做好这个英语助教很有信心。希望你们能聘任我，我会殚精竭虑，尽一切努力带好学生。
