2) 自我介绍的主体内容 ①姓名。介绍自己姓名时，发音一定要准(南方考生要多加注意)。 ②年龄。年龄可以跟在姓名后带过(I am XXX, 25 years old)。 ③原来的院校、专业。注意：一定要把原来学校的英文名称、专业的英文名称弄清楚(尤其是跨校、跨专业的学生)。所属的公司、职位。注意：在职考生则应将自己公司、自己职位/职称的英文名称弄明白。 ④性格、能力。可以着重强调你的个性对你报考的专业有何积极的作用。如果报考的是学术性的专业，可以说自己细心(carefully，detail-oriented)、条理分明(logical)、踏实(steady)等;如果是研究性、应用性更强一点的专业，可以说自己负责(responsible)、可靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。 其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容词有：active, aggressive(有进取心的), adaptable, amicable(友好的), analytical(善于分析的), cooperative, creative, disciplined, dutiful, energetic, faithful, gentle, independent(有主见的), innovative, motivated, modest, objective, precise, punctual, precise(一丝不苟的), temperate等等。 在职考生或有过工作经验的考生还可以强调一下你的工作成绩，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a 0,000 deal for the corporation. ⑤爱好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy. 除了强调你的学习的重视，同时也要避免给考官一种“书呆子”的感觉。一般可以从体育、音乐、电影等方面来说，同时要简单说明这些爱好对你的积极意义(build my body, relax myself, open my mind?);注意避免提到那些可能引起考官反感的爱好，如：playing computer games，watching TV等。 ⑥你对报考的专业有兴趣(be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with?)，可适当举出一些例子，如经常看相关的书籍、论文、文章、新闻等。在职考生可以强调知识教育对工作的影响： In my work, I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication. 1、自我认识
想一矢中的，首先必须认清自我，一定要弄清以下三个问题。 你现在是干什么的?你将来要干什么?你过去是干什么的?
这三个问题不是按时间顺序从过去到现在再到将来，而是从现在到将来再到过去。其奥妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主选中的是现在的你，他希望利用的是将来的你，而这将来又基于你的历史和现状。
所以，第一个问题，你是干什么的?现在是干什么的?回答这个问题，要点是：你是你自己，不是别的什么人。除非你把自己与别人区别开来，在共同点的基础上更强调不同点，否则你绝无可能在众多的应征求职者中夺魁。 对于这第一个问题，自我反省越深，自我鉴定就越成功。

2、投其所好
清楚自己的强项后，便可以开始准备自我介绍的内容：包括工作模式、优点、技能，突出成就、专业知识、学术背景等。
好处众多，但只有短短一分钟，所以一切还是与该公司有关的好。如果是一间电脑软件公司，应说些电脑软件的话题;如是一间金融财务公司，便可跟他说钱的事，总之投其所好。
但有一点必须紧记：话题所到之处，必须突出自己对该公司可以作出的贡献，如增加营业额、减低成本、发掘新市场等。
3、铺排次序

工作无大小，只是分工不同，贡献无多少，要看用心没有。作为一名刚走出大学校门的应届毕业生，社会经验和工作经验都比较匮乏，因此我们也被很多人用眼高手低来形容。然而，我个人认为从小生活在农村的我，最大的特点就是做事踏实，待人真诚。工作中，我勤于动手做好本职工作，戒骄戒躁，不做言语的巨人行动的矮子，不论是接待工作、办公室日常事务，还是清洁卫生工作，我都用心的做到更好。同时，抓住高塘村的发展契机磨练自己，凭借大禹公司的良好平台提升自己。
踏实勤奋既是优点又是缺点。因为太执着于做事而忽略了人情世故，因为太真诚而容易上当受骗。然而不管在什么情况下，我依然坚信“努力的去工作，哪怕不求任何回报;真诚的去爱，就像从未受过伤害。”
5、勤动腿，密切联系群众。
在基层工作要经常与群众接触，勤动腿，走到群众中去，和百姓交流，然而对我来说这一点并不简单。首先言语上的不通曾经使我很难开展工作，与村民们交流往往还要带上个“翻译”，突破语言障碍是我工作中的“额外”任务。我坚持多向同事学习，多听、多问，我很快能够听懂湖南话，极大地帮助了我顺利完成各项工作。同时，我相信除了语言方式的交流，还有一种更有效地沟通，那就是信任和尊重。一个会心的微笑，一个真诚的眼神，都能够拉近与群众的距离。如今，我与同事、村民都能够自如交谈，不仅为我的工作带来了新的思路，提供新的新闻线索，而且还意外的收获了与百姓之间的深厚友谊。此外，在基层做工作还要敢于吃苦、乐于奉献。这一点村支书记、主任、公司董事长罗平先生就是我最好的榜样。
二、存在的不足及经验教训
以上是本人对xx年度尽责履行政助理工作情况进行的述职报告。就一分为二地看待，本人在取得一定成绩的同时，也发现存在的不足，主要是工作能力还需进一步在实践中提升，工作总结分析和汇总不够及时，创新思维抓落实的本领需要进一步提高，深入基层开展调查研究的能力需要进一步改进，与上级领导的汇报和沟通需进一步努力。今后，我将坚持贯彻落实好科学发展观，把领导安排的工作做好、做实、做出更大成效。一是履职尽责带好头。作为宣传高塘村和大禹公司精神文化的工作者，我将始终按照解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进的要求，以良好的人格力量，推进宣传工作再上新台阶。二是多了解群众所思、所想、所盼、所需，真正发挥“党和人民的耳目喉舌”作用，将《高塘大禹》报办成高塘村和大禹公司的宣传名片，办成群众爱看的报纸。三是创新实践谋发展。认真分析总结宣传工作面临的新形势、新特点和新情况，联系高塘村和大禹公司发展实际，不断丰富宣传工作的内容、形式和手段，真正把宣传工作做大做强、做深做精、做活做透。四是牢记此时、此地、此身的告诫。雷厉风行，现在应该做的事情，立即做起来，不要拖延到以后;从自己所处的岗位做起，为高塘村和大禹公司作出贡献，不要好高骛远;自己应该而且能够做的事情，要勇于承担，不要推给别人。不退缩，不逃避，在人生的道路上勇敢地走下去，为高塘村和大禹公司的发展贡献力量。
