2：如上所述，奖学金、技能、英语水平、实习经验都是可以在自我介绍中说的。但是请注意相关性以及和简历是否重复，比如你应聘的银行，介绍时说你在法院实习过就是明显失误，其写在简历上即可。再如技能，介绍那些靠谱和有分量的，过了6级计算机2级不必介绍，过了司法考什么的需要再次强调。
3：请注意，这段介绍适合的是对数字比较敏感单位，至于律所、公检法、公司法务我用了另一段截然不同的介绍，因为这些单位比较注重你的专业水平。
4：在面试光大银行时，我们是五个人一组，考官通知离开的时候大家都往外走，这时候我做的是鞠躬+“谢谢您，再见”。注意细节总不是坏事。
四．一面二面（一对一）
能进一面二面说明这事已经相当靠谱了，面试的自我介绍参考零面。我参加过很多面试，感觉考官的问题往往是可以提前预测的，推荐大家上各种BBS上参考一些比较“流行”的问题。注意以下几点：
1.单位性质
中小企业比较关注的是你能不能留下，有时候把自己吹的天花乱坠反倒另HR担心这个强人会不会跳槽；效益比较好企业比较关注你的能力与潜力，他们对专业要求比较高，希望找到那种反应灵敏尽快上手的人才；而国有单位甚至包括银行这种准国有企业比较关心人员的稳定性，比较浮躁的人往往不受青睐。
2.待遇
除非已经到了最后一步或者那些极其开明的公司，否则不要过早主动提及这个问题。行业都有个基本工资水平，参考一下即可。
3.个人风格
与写简历一样，面试也十分怕大众脸，让考官感觉你没有存在感。我认为任何问题没有标准答案，回答的时候应该有些个人风格，甚至可以超出惯性思维（建议大家上网搜搜GE前董事长杰克韦尔奇的飞机面试这个案例）
一种比较糟糕的情况是考官问你N个问题，你也只用了N个是否来回答。该强调的就强调，比如：问：你入党了？答：是的，我是首师附05年仅有的两个学生党员之一。
4.察言观色
一个聪明的玩家，会盯着HR的眼睛，并从他的表情和动作中获取信息。一个老道的考官不会流露出对你的喜爱，他会问你很多不沾边（有女朋友么）或者难回答的问题（刁难一下未来的同事也不错）。
但若对你不满却很容易看出来。比如，你在说的时候他不耐烦的看着别的地方，或者他在喝水，或者把你的简历在手里递来递去，这都是危险的信号，我总结，出现这种情况大多你的滔滔不绝和他想要的答案没关系，或者你显的过于浮躁了。请注意，考官是在寻找你留下的理由，而不是听你诉说历史。而一个过于内向的同学往往会在很短的时间被HR送出来。
5.棘手问题
也称辣手问题，呵呵。的确，几乎每一个公司都问过我一些很不愿意回答的问题：如果你的工作和你所学的专业没关系怎么办？你这四年不是全费了么？万一要是一辈子也用不上呢？那你学这专业还有什么用？一连串的发问足以使你忘记该怎么回答。再如，如果5年后不给你晋升怎么办？你的条件足够就是不提升你怎么办？你能一直做基层工作么？
以上是我遇到的最难回答的两个问题链，如晋升问题，第一次被问到的时候我没准备好，于是就来了句听候领导安排，多亏那是个零面结果过了，否则在一面得到这个答案我自己都不会满意。
这种问题，第一次遇见没答好是很正常的，这就是我建议拿些单位练手的原因。有过经验之后你可以结合自己的风格回答。例如第二个问题：我认为做基层工作是必要的，因为这可以对单位的全部工作得到细致的了解，同时我会在这些年之间去拿下司法考/在职研究生/MBA/XX职业资格，不断加强自己的个人能力，也给您一个提升我的理由。至于不给我提升，我会考虑具体情况，如果是我水平不够我会继续学习加强自己的能力，如果个人条件已经足够承担更重要的工作，我想人才无法得到用武之地对单位来说也是一种损失。
其实，总结下来，棘手问题的共性是：HR想方设法的逼你说“放弃”与“离开”。对公务员来说，低调与稳定的确是重要的，不是万不得已不要轻易说类似于跳槽之类的话。但若对方是一个比较开明的企业，你可以附条件的、有理由的、委婉的表达自己

3、面试中出现的意外
考试时说错话，说错话是难免的，关键是怎样处理。
首先，“有错必纠”是一个基本原则。一旦发现自己表达出现失误时，即可把话题停下来及时纠正，或者你也可以在一个完整的表达以后，再来纠正出现的问题。
其次，不要因为出现错误而惊慌失措，打乱了整体思路，影响正常水平的发挥。
再次，出现错误以后，要注意弥补，重要的是使后来的表现能体现出发生错误的偶然性。考试中出现错误不可怕，可怕的是在错误后面还出现“错误”。
出现中断时，最重要的是不要让意外打乱您的整体思路，要利用中断中这个空隙，把思路再很好地梳理一遍以便意外解决后更好的回答。你也可以经考官的允许后换一个位置放松下来等待考试重新开始。
